Yummy Chinese inspired chicken & vegies

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

1/2 cup chicken (140g.thin small strips)
1/4 c Onion (diced large)
1 cup bean sprouts (rinsed & dried)
1/2 cup celery (cut diagonally)
2 cup bok choy (chopped large)
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. in a bowl mix together the soy sauce, chicken stock and corn starch, set aside

  2. heat oil in large pan on med-high

  3. add chicken, salt & pepper to your liking and cook thoroughly, remove and set aside

  4. add onion, celery, bok choy and bean sprouts to pan. Stir continuously for about 3 minutes.

  5. return chicken to pan, add soy sauce mixture to chicken and vegetables, stirring till it boils and thickens. Serve add salt and pepper
