Made with boneless, skinless chicken thigh

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken stir fry

1 tbs. canola oil
2 oz. soy sauce
4 oz. chicken broth
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs. corn starch
4 oz. skinless chicken thigh, chopped
16 oz stir fry vegetables
12 oz. cooked white rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken stir fry

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in medium bowl

  2. Add and marinate thighs for at least 30 minutes

  3. Mean while prepare white rice. )Skip this step if frozen microwave type -heat this in last 5 minutes of cooking time.)

  4. heat oil over high in large skillet or wok

  5. Add stir fry veggies and meat

  6. stir fry untill done
