this is an easy low cal stir fry! its pretty basic in flavor, but theres room in the calorie amount for seasoning, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup kale
3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup brussels sprouts
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. steam veggies in water without salt or anything

  2. brown chicken (with desired seasoning...those calories are not included in provided nutrition facts) in a separate pan by using the olive oil in heated pan

  3. drain veggies and mix in soy sauce

  4. combine with chicken and be merry
