Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

16 ounce chicken breasts
2 T olive Oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 T garlic, minced
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in pan, add garlice and stir fry 2 minutes.

  2. Add chicken and stir fry 4 minutes or until done.

  3. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender crisp

  4. Serve hot over rice.
