A homemade, vegetable rich stir-fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

20 oz chicken breast
2 medium onions
1 green bell pepper
4 stalks celery
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Brown chicken in oil over med-high heat.

  2. Add peppers and onions and saute for 3 minutes.

  3. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, or until vegetables just begin to soften, stirring all the while.

  4. Add cornstarch to 1/4 cup water, mix well, then add to stir-fry mixture.

  5. Continue cooking until sauce thickens.

  6. Serve.
