Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-fry

3 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
2/3 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup frozen stir fry vegetables
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-fry

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Add peas and carrots, set aside.

  2. Saute diced chicken breast until cooked through.

  3. Add frozen stir fry veggies and cook until just tender.

  4. Toss teriyaki sauce on top and serve with rice.
