Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

2 tsp sesame oil
246 g cooked chicken
1 large onion
2 cups celery
8 oz mushrooms
199 ml bamboo shoots
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. *need to add 2 tbsp sodium reduced soya sauce and 227 ml can of water chestnuts to recipe....nutrient values need to be added in

  2. saute onion and celery in oil until tender crisp, add other veggies and heat through....remove to large bowl

  3. add cooked chicken to wok, heat through

  4. add soya sauce, mix.....add veggies back into wok, mix.....add cornstarch and water mixture and toss until all is coated

  5. serve over rice
