Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

3 oz tyson grilled chicken strips
2 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Coat a wok or pan with cooking spray and heat it. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, snow peas, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, and garlic powder. Stir-fry for 1 minutes. Add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minutes.

  2. ladle it into a shallow bowl and garnish with a few additional sesame seeds.
