Chicken Stir Fry - recipe does not include a stir fry sauce as they are all different but it would work with sweet and sour, lemon or black bean, or ginger.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
125 g chicken, breasts 90064
103 g onion
33 g carrot
68 g red pepper
59 g mushrooms
63 g broccoli
109 g cauliflower
61 g cabbage
92 g green beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat wok with a little olive oil

  2. Fry onion for 3 mins, add chicken and fry for 5 mins

  3. Add all other vegetables and cover for 10 mins.

  4. Add a stir fry sauce of your choice and simmer for 3 mins.

  5. Serve with rice
