Recipe Ingredients for chicken stir fry

1 pound chicken breast
1/2 onion
1/2 pound broccoli
1/2 pound cauliflower
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry

  1. mince 2 tablespoons of onion, press garlic cloves to taste, add ground ginger to taste, saute for a few minutes just to soften in a bit of olive oil or spray

  2. once it starts to bubble pour broth in pan, add thinly sliced chicken

  3. cook till just done

  4. slice up the rest of the onion add frozen broccoli and cauliflower (or fresh)

  5. cook until done

  6. add soy sauce if desired, but it adds calories
