Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1/2 lb chicken
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 large onion
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp 365 Organic teriyaki sauce
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Sautee chicken in 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat (about 4 minutes each side)

  2. While chicken is cooking, cut up the onions and peppers.

  3. Remove chicken from heat and set aside to rest.

  4. Add vegetables to pan along with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Sautee over low heat stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. When vegetables are tender, add teriyaki sauce and continue to cook. Add chicken and warm together with sauce and vegetables.

  6. Serve over rice.
