Chicken Stir Fry with Thai basil and fish sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

18 ounce chicken breasts
2 cups of bok choy
1 large carrot
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
1 cup of broccoli
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbs. fish sauce
1 tbs. canola oil
4 tbs. low sodium soy sauce
10 leaves of Thai basil
1/4 cups of peanuts
1 tbs. minced ginger

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Dice all ingredients

  2. Add oil to heated nonstick pan and stir fry the chicken until cooked. Room the chicken from pan. Add vegetables and ginger and cook 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken back and then the fish and soy sauce and some pepper. Add the basil and peanuts right before serving.
