1 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup broth, beef, low sodium

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry

  1. Fry chicken quickly in hot oil

  2. Add vegetables, stirring regularly, cook until al dente

  3. Add broth

  4. Over high to medium heat, reduce broth by half or more.
