Classic Asian Stir Fry, without green vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

1 lb Chicken Breast
12 oz baby corn
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
8 oz mushrooms
8 oz bean sprouts
4 oz chopped carrots
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup long grain rice
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

In vegetable oil, saute chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms until tender. Slice chicken into bite-sized chunks and add to pan, continue to saute until chicken is brown. Add carrots, bean sprouts, and baby corn (drained). Saute for 2 more minutes until all vegetables are tender. Add soy sauce and stir. Serve over rice.
