Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Lots of veggies over/mixed with white rice. Most of the serving are the vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

2 cups Chicken Breast, diced
1 Zucchini, chopped
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 cup Cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 tsp Garlic
1 cup white rice, cooked
4 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Cook rice separately. While rice cooks, steam the broccoli and cabbage for about ten minutes or until tender.

  2. Cook chicken for five minutes (or until half done) in sesame oil, then throw in zucchini.

  3. When chicken and zucchini are cooked, continuing sauteeing with the onion, green onions, cabbage, broccoli, and garlic. Add teriyaki and soy sauce.

  4. Once vegetables, rice, and chicken have been cooked scoop vegetables over a bed of rice.
