Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

4 oz. chicken breast
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1/2 red pepper
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup carrots
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry

  1. heat wok - olive oil or spray oil

  2. cut up ingredients

  3. stir fry chicken first, add veggies, stir fry 2-3 min. then add broth until cooked.
