Stir fried chicken and broccoli over brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry

1 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
3 oz Chicken
1 cup Broccoli
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
5 grams Honey Squeezable
0.5 pinch Ground Ginger Spice
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
5 grams Sesame Seeds
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a sauté pan over medium low heat.

  2. Cook bite size chicken, turning to brown on all sides, until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.

  3. While chicken is cooking, combine 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, dash of ginger, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp sesame seeds in a bowl.

  4. Add 1 cup of steamed broccoli and soy sauce mixture into the pan with h chicken and toss to coat.

  5. Place cooked brown rice on a plate and top it with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
