Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry - quick

16 ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
16 ounces stir fry vegetables, thawed
8 ounces water chestnuts
12 ounces baby corn
2 cups boil in bag rice
1 jar stir fry sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry - quick

Thaw chicken breasts, and cube in 1-inch pieces. Cook boil in bag rice. Heat oil in wok or deep frying pan. Cook cubed chicken until fully cooked. Add frozen vegetables, water chestnuts, and baby corn, and cook until crunchy tender. Add sauce and remove from heat. Serve over rice.
