Quick stir fry marinade in vinegar, not added to calaries, may substitute peanut oil for sesame.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken stir fry w/o rice

1 1/2 cup chicken
2 cups mung bean sprout
1/2 cup carrot
1 cup snow pea
3 cup broccoli
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken stir fry w/o rice

  1. marinde chicken with 2 cups balsamic vinegar for 2 hours if posible. dispose of marinade.

  2. mix together soy sauce, garlic and vinegar. Set aside. Stir fry chicken in oil. Remove from wok. Stry fry veggies. When bright, add liquids. Stir until hot, serve over rice or plain.
