Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry (no rice/noodles)

1 tbsp red chili
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 1/2 chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 carrot
1 pepper
1 small onion
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp medium sherry
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry (no rice/noodles)

  1. chop and fry chili and garlic

  2. add chicken until browned

  3. add broccoli pieces, 2 min

  4. add sliced carrot, 1 min

  5. add cubed yam, 1 min

  6. add sliced peppers, 1 min

  7. add sliced onion, 1 min

  8. add remaining sauce ingredients and fry until veg cooked

  9. throw in
