Recipe Ingredients for chicken stir fry no noodles

1 2/5 cup, diced Celery
150 grams Onions
200 grams Mushrooms
160 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
265 grams Broccoli
3 tsp. Margarine
4 tbsp Naturally Brewed Soya Sauce
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
200 grams Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
3 1/2 oz zuchinni

Recipe Directions for chicken stir fry no noodles

  1. melt 1 tsp of margarine

  2. sautee chicken

  3. sautee celery, onion, mush

  4. add peppers and broccoli along with 1 tbsp garlic and ginger to taste.

  5. add soya sauce and oyster sauce and bean sprouts
