Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry in Light Wine Sauce

64 oz Wine
32 tbsp chopped Shallots
1.04 tsp Peppercorns
4.8 grams Bay Leaf
12 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1.04 cup Cornstarch
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
10 oz Chicken
16 oz Stir Fry Vegetables with Sno Peas
1 tbasp Safflower Oil, Refined, Organic
3 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir Fry in Light Wine Sauce

  1. Add safflower oil to wok. Brown onions, and add chopped chicken. Once the chicken has cooked, add the thawed vegetables and cook until hot.

  2. Pour the light wine sauce over the mixture and continue to heat briefly. Serve over rice or noodles.
