Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

1.59 lbs chicken tenderloins
1 one large red pepper
8 oz portabello mushrooms
3 T low sodium chicken broth
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 t garlic
1/8 t salt
1 cup brown rice
1/2 serving less sodium soy sauce
1 t sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

  1. cook rice

  2. cube and cook chicken with seasoning

  3. cut veg, add to par-cooked chicken

  4. let simmer until veg is tender

  5. serve over brown rice
