Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

1 cup Brown Rice
2 serving chicken breast, meat only, boiled
2 tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce
5 serving Stir-Fry Vegtable Blend (Kirkland)
2 cup(226 g) Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3 serving Soy Sauce
8 g Corn Starch
1 large(150 g) Onions
10 grams Garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

  1. Give onion a rough chop.

  2. Add onion and garlic to wok with 1/2 cup of broth instead of oil.

  3. Cut chicken into thin strips.

  4. Add chicken to wok.

  5. Add veggies & season with some powdered ginger.

  6. In pickle jar combine remaining broth with oyster sauce soy sauce and corn starch. Put lid on and shake until well mixed.

  7. Add to wok and turn heat to high while stirring.

  8. Once sauce reaches desired thickness remove from heat.

  9. Spoon over brown rice and enjoy.
