1 lb. chicken tenders
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Chicken on a Stick

  1. Rinse chicken tenders

  2. Soak skewers in water for 15 minutes

  3. Place tenders on skewers

  4. Dip tenders in egg and then roll in bread crumbs

  5. Place on baking sheet

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
