Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stew

4 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1 box rotini pasta
4 cups celery, roughly chopped
10 carrots
1 large onion
8 ounces chicken broth
4 cups corn
6 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stew

  1. Dice chicken breasts, removing fat.

  2. Roughly chop all vegetables, except for the frozen corn.

  3. Combine in a large crockpot. Cook on high 4-8 hours.
