365 g chicken thigh, no skin, raw
300 g onion
350 g carrot
455 g celery
25 g garlic
1200 ml water

  1. Chop all the vegetables.

  2. Remove skin from chicken thighs.

  3. Put all in slow cooker and add water.

  4. Cook slowly
