A very simple chicken breast recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stew

1 2/5 pounds (roughly 3 fillets) skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken broth or water & cooking wine
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. canola oil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 chopped carrots (optional)
1/2 chopped zucchini (optional)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stew

  1. Halve the chicken breasts lengthwise. Place in slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken, and cover.

  3. Cook chicken on low setting for 4 hours, or 2 hours on high setting.
