Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stew

425 grams (1 can) Potato Leek soup
200 grams chicken tenderloin
139 grams (2 medium) red potatoes, chopped
60 grams (6 medium) carrots, baby, chopped
50 grams (frozen) corn
60 grams sweet peas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stew

  1. Place chicken tenders in crock pot and cook for an hour on high.

  2. Add remaining ingredients (except peas unless using frozen).

  3. Cook thoroughly (approximately 3-4 hours on high), shred chicken and add peas (if canned) and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
