Recipe Ingredients for chicken stew

1/2 large green pepper
1/2 medium yellow onion
28 ounce canned tomatoes
1 celery stalk
1 garlic clove
14 ounce boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoons of olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken stew

  1. slice the onions, pepers

  2. sautee garlic in pan with olive oil

  3. add onions and peppers

  4. cube the chicken and add to mixture

  5. once chicken is cooked add tomatoes

  6. simmer for 20 minutes and serve
