Chicken Stew, wheat and dairy free

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Stew

1125 grams Chicken
1 small Onions
1/4 cup Red Lentils
4 serving Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1 tablespoon Sage
2 Apple Apples
150 grams Carrots
3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany

Recipe Directions for Chicken Stew

  1. Brown cubed chicken in olive oil.

  2. Sweat onions in fond. Add fresh herbs, broth, lentils 1 L. of water and apples. Simmer unitl chicken is tender and the apples and lentils have broken down. Add the carrots and simmer until tender.
