500 grams Celery
1 medium raw Carrots
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Brussels Sprouts
150 grams Peppers
300 grams Pumpkin
200 grams Broccoli
550 grams Chicken
10 grams Chicken Stock Cubes
40 grams Corn Flour
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for chicken stew

dice all ingredients and put into pressure cooker or slow cooker, cover with water and cook until tender. Thicken and serve
