510 g squash
180 g boiled chicken breast
220 g lentils

Recipe Directions for chicken squash soup

  1. Boil the chicken breast meat with sliced leek in sufficient water.

  2. Add squash (canned or fresh, fresh preferably for low sodium).

  3. Add dried lentils (no/low sodium compared to canned).

  4. Add spices to taste.

  5. Simmer on a low heat about 30 minutes, or until lentils are re-hydrated and soft.
