Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Squash Bake

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Paprika
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1.75 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
3 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Squash Bake

  1. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika.

  2. Brown under broiler for 10 minutes, turning once.

  3. Transfer chicken to a large, heavy skillet; add onion, tomatoes, oregano and remaining salt.

  4. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.

  5. Add squash, cover, and cook for 10 minutes longer.
