Recipe Ingredients for chicken and spinach manicotti

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup onion
2 1/2 cups chicken, breast, meat only
3/4 cups ham
4 oz cheese, parmesan
2 eggs, large
10 oz. spinach, cooked
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 cups flour, white
1 cup milk, 2% fat
1 lb. pasta

Recipe Directions for chicken and spinach manicotti

  1. Mix first five ingredients

  2. stuff cooked manicotti tubes

  3. make sauce with chicken broth, flour, and milk

  4. place manicotti in dish

  5. pour sauce over

  6. Bake in 13 x 9 dis for 45 minutes at 375
