1 cup Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
8 oz Shredded Cheese
4 oz Sour Cream Regular
8 oz Spinach
4 oz Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild

mix all ingredients in bowl, add to wrap and spread sauce over wraps and then sprinkle with cheese, back for 20 mins at 375
