Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spew aka Stew

1 lb chicken breast, chopped and fried (i used less)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil
1 large onion, diced
3 medium carrots, diced
1 cup corn kernels (frozen)
1 cup green beans (frozen cut)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons flour (or cornstarch to thicken)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spew aka Stew

  1. mmk

  2. in yer large pot brown the chicken cubes (i used 2 boobs-you could use more or thighs or babies...heh) in olive oil (season with s and p and herbs)

  3. while its browning, cut up all thems veggies (i used frozen green beans and corn, but i would have used like frozen peas or mixed veggies if i had em)

  4. throw in the onions and garlic and stir em around for a minute

  5. add the rest of the veggies and coat em.

  6. add the stock (i used boulion with 2 cups h20) make sure the h20 almost covers the stuff...well like 1-2 inches away from it anyways)

  7. add the paprika (for color)

  8. bring to a boil and then reduce heat to med lowwwww and put the lid on and simmer for 20 mins (til all that shi is tender)

  9. mix the flour with 1/2-1 cup water and stir it in quickly to thicken it. (i added some more bouillon cuz i felt like it hahah)

  10. there you go. bam.
