Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti Squash

21 g Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup onions, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
15 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
10 oz boneless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti Squash

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, place cut side down in microwave dish, add 1/4 cup water, microwave 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil, onions, garlic til soft, add tomatoes, spices, chicken, simmer 15-20 minutes.

  3. Remove squash from microwave, pull strings away from skin and into serving dish.

  4. Pour sauce over squash and serve.
