This is a very yummy comfort food casserole. Lots of creaminess and cheesiness. Eat on your cheat day!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 cup Spaghetti
30 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
17 serving Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
10 oz Diced Original Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1.75 cup Whole Milk
0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Boil chicken, tear into shreds with 2 forks.

  2. Cook Noodles, Drain.

  3. In empty noodle pot heat chicken soup through adding milk and heavy cream to desired consitency (you dont want it runny but you dont want it as thick as it is straight from the can.

  4. Add rotel to the soup making sure the juices dont make it too runny. You still want it medium thickness.

  5. Add chicken and noodles to the mix and stir well.

  6. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with as much cheese as you want.

  7. Pop into the oven at about 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so, or until the cheese bubbles and because almost kind of crusty, thats my favorite part :)
