Better than the cream-o soup recipe. The color is a little bothersome, from the red cabbage. I'd like mushrooms in it, too.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken spaghetti

1 cup bell pepper
1 cup celery
1 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 oz cream cheese fat free
2 oz mozzarella
3 oz parmesan
14 oz canned diced tomato
7 oz whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup diced cooked chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken spaghetti

  1. Boil and drain spaghetti.

  2. Stir fry pepper, celery, onion, garlic and cabbage in olive oil. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, cooked chicken, and bring to a boil. Cook five minutes and toss in spaghetti. Add cheeses, toss to heat through, and serve.
