Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

1 1/2 cups chicken breast
8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
14 oz tomatoes
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup fat free chicken broth
1 cup onion
4 oz mushrooms (drained)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

Cook noodles as instructed on package until almost done. (approximately three minutes in boiling water.) Don't over-cook. Combine all ingredients and put in a freezer bag. (if saving for later) When ready to serve, thaw the frozen bag in a warm sink of water for 30 minutes or in the fridge overnight. Place in baking dish, cover and bake for 50 minutes at 375.
