Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

1 T olive oil
1/2 small onion
1/2 red bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb. cooked skinless chicken breasts
5 oz. 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
5 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies
0.33 lb Velveeta cheese
6 1/2 oz. whole wheat spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

  1. cook spaghetti according to directions on package

  2. saute onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic powder in oil

  3. mix soup, tomatoes, diced Velveeta cheese and heat in microwave until cheese is melted

  4. mix all ingredients with hot spaghetti
