This is the yummiest and moistest chicken spaghetti I have ever eaten (or cooked!) I use light soups and it cuts more fat grams.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

3 lb. rotisserie chicken
14 oz. spaghetti
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cups 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can)
2 cups 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)4 (1/2 cups) Rotel tomatoes (1 can)
8 tbsp. light margarine (1 stick)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

Remove chicken from bones into pieces. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In a large skillet, saute onion and bell pepper with margarine. Cut cheese into squares and put in dish along with Rotel and soups. Mix everything together including spaghetti. If too thick, use chicken broth to thin and moisten. Cover and warm in oven or microwave to melt cheese.
