Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

16 oz vermicelli
1 1/4 lbs chicken breasts
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbls chili powder
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Cook vermicelli as package directs. Drain and set aside.

  2. Simmer chicken, celery, onions, peppers and garlic in water until chicken is tender.

  3. Remove chicken from broth and cut into bite size pieces.

  4. Retain 3 cups of broth.

  5. Add chili powder to broth and cook slowly for 15 minutes.

  6. Add cheese and mushroom soup to broth and stir until smooth.

  7. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

  8. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
