Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti

172 g chicken, breast, meat only
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
1 bell pepper, green
1 bell pepper, red
1 onion, medium, chopped
120 g green chilies, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, 2%, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Boil chicken in 2 gallons of water.

  2. Remove chicken breasts and set aside.

  3. Cook spaghetti in chicken water.

  4. While spaghetti is cooking, saute bell peppers and onion.

  5. Drain spaghetti, return to heat.

  6. Add bell peppers, onion, green chilies, soup and cheese.

  7. Stir until cheese is melted.
