I like making Arroz con pollo but I also like to make Pollo ala espagetti. And this is something that is reall easy to do and you can also add any ingredients as far as sesoning in order to make it your own, my favorite to use is Adobo instead of using salt. So it is your choice what you would like to add.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/Spaghetti

1 chicken breast (boneless, skin removed)
16 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced green pepper
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup low fat cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/Spaghetti

  1. Boil chicken, reserve about 2 cups of left over broth. Cook pasta according to package.

  2. Shred chicken into pot w/olive oil, add all chopped ingredients, and blend in on med heat and sautee.

  3. Add cream cheese and milk and left over broth, season with salt & pepper to taste. boil for about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add spaghetti and mix well, until milk has semi obsorbed.

  5. Serve right away.
