Chicken in a cream sauce with diced green chiles wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked until crispy.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Sour Cream Enchiladas

24 oz sour cream
21 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
7 oz green chiles
8 flour tortillas
3 oz shredded cheese
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Sour Cream Enchiladas

  1. Bake or boil chicken.

  2. While chicken cooks, combine sour cream, soup and chiles in a large bowl.

  3. Add salt and Pepper to taste.

  4. Cube or shred baked chicken. Fold into sour cream mixture.

  5. Wrap in flour tortillas and place in 8 x 13 baking dish.

  6. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes.

  7. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is crispy.

  8. Remove from oven and enjoy :)
