Chicken soup with no noodles...tastes just as good.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken soup without noodles

11.85 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 carrot Carrots
1.5 cup Peas, Green
1.5 cup Baby Gold
1 tsp Chicken Base
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
3 medium stalks Celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken soup without noodles

  1. Bring Chicken, celery, carrots, onion to a boil.

  2. Simmer for 2-3 hours to really get a good broth.

  3. Add frozen peas, corn, other veggies if wanted and bring back to a boil.

  4. Add chicken base to taste (should not need much with homemade broth).

  5. Add Kosher salt, if needed and pepper to taste.

  6. Also Add Parsley.

  7. Serve and enjoy.
