Recipe Ingredients for Chicken soup with wild rice, kidney beans and tomatoes

0.33 cup Wild Rice
1.5 cup Kidney Beans
5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
3 medium Carrots
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
15 oz Ready-Cut - Diced Tomatoes
10 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken soup with wild rice, kidney beans and tomatoes

  1. Saute carrots, celery, onion and garlic in 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil until onion is soft.

  2. Add potatoes and saute 5 more minutes, then add in can of diced tomatoes and cook another 5-10 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring soup to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then add rice and simmer until rice is cooked.
