Chicken soup with celery root, kohlrabi (or parsley root), tomatoes and onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken soup with veggies

1 tsp Salt, Table
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
50 grams Celery Root
500 grams Carrots
50 grams Kohlrabi
600 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
600 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
3 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken soup with veggies

Chop the veggies and the meat. Heat up the pot and put the olive oil. Add carrots and onions. Stir and braise it for few minutes. Then add the rest of veggies. Finally add meat. Stir and braise. Add water, salt, pepper or other spices. Let it boil, lower the temperature and then cook it for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Enjoy.
